Forest Lodge - Reservar uma mesa

I love the forest lodge and it's probably one of my favourite places to eat. It has such a casual relaxed atmosphere in the cosy bar area, the staff are really pleasant and the bar food is great. I had the chicken in a basket which I've had a few times and it's always so nice, the pizzas are really good too! The bar meals are really reasonable, the Sunday lunches are good, especially the mushrooms! Would highly recommend this lovely little pub.

We went last night for my partner's birthday, it was absolutely fantastic! The staff could not do enough for us, coming to my rescue with a glass of water when I choked. The food was beautiful, probably to best meal I have had in a very long time. And all for a very reasonable price, we will definitely be back very soon.

Fantastic place and staff, I cant believe we have never been before. The food was amazing. Chips cooked in dripping fat. Mmmmm. Made us all welcome inc our children. Hinting that hubby takes me for A la Carte meal one night !!!

clean, clean room. the personal was excellent. good food. great atmosphere. if they are looking for a stay while visiting friends or the nearby sherwood forest, this place would definitely recommend.
