Four Elements Restaurant & Bar

Four Elements is situated above the busy concourse that leads to Central Station.I was only there for breakfast on this occasion.I can say that the variety of food provided was quite good. I left feeling satisfied. To have any more would have spoiled my experience.There were plenty of hot dishes to choose from.The cold buffet had a lot of variety.I do recommend joining the Le Club program. My membership gave me access to the private dining area with its own coffee making and buffet. It was much quieter than the main dining room.I can recommend Four Elements.

I have eaten in this restaurant on each occasion that we have stayed at the Mercure Sydney. With family, I have always been made to feel welcome, and the service is prompt, courteous and friendly. Although we arrived late afternoon we were able to order from the Lunch Menu, with the help of staff member Victoria, a happy and caring young lady. Our meal was served quickly, was hot, and delicious. We also had breakfast in the restaurant the following morning. Again the food available was delicious and I would certainly recommend the restaurant.

The Four Elements Restaurant & Bar in the Mercure Hotel adjacent to Central Station is a great place for a quiet dinner or that special occassion. Easily accessible on the first floor the staff are attentive and helpful, the food is first class and the service good. The menu is well balanced and has a good selection of gluten free options as well. This one is great value for reasonable prices.

For a hotel restaurant the dinner food that I had was outstanding. The beef cheeks were melt in your mouth as they should be. The wait staff were so attentive and I really enjoyed my meal there.

food was excellent and great value for $$$, we sat at a large window with a view, staff were friendly atmosphere was nice.
