Franina's Italian Cuisine

This is by far the best Italian restaurant on Long Island. the food is very fresh and high quality. The service area also. Victor (owner's son) leads the place mostly and makes everything cooking itself. Pete the bartender and the entire waiting staff are all friendly and very helpful. The first picture is lobster seafood Salid for takeout for Thanksgiving dinner. The wine room has regular dinners and can also be reserved for private parties. There is also a parking service. They have also stored an elaborate Italian wine list in their masive wine cellar. Ask for the zucchini flowers for an appetizer, it is a certain must try. But no matter what you order, you will not be disappointed.

Traditional Italian in a warm setting We have eaten here on numerous occasions and have yet to have a bad experience The food is right on target for an authentic Italian eatery The decor is beautiful Table side service is phenomenal Classy and consistent, good place to impress a date, food is superb. The Insalta frutti di mare appetizer is amazing Franina Restaurant located in Syosset, NY is a five star fine Italian cuisine restaurant, offering a price fix menu, wine list, take out, and catering.

Absolutely insulting with very very poor service, food served cold and dried-out; one hour wait before service, one hour between courses and there were only 4 tables occupied). Had to ask for silverware, had to ask for wine to be poured wine was not kept on table, or i would have poured it myself). I'm sorry to say, this was just terrible.

We had an amazing culinary experience in Franina that celebrated my son's commitment. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was impeccable and the food was delicious from the charts! If you are looking for a special place to really experience how fine food is really like when Franina is where you want to go!!

I have eaten there several times and the food and atmosphere is unreal, one of the best I have ever eaten at. I had a party catered by them and it was a huge success.
