Frankie Benny's New York Italian Restaurant Bar Romford

Went here for 70th birthday party on Friday. We were given our starters and dinner within 5 mins of each other, all very rushed. One person in a wheelchair used the disabled toilet. The door was blocked by the sanitary bin and they could not get the wheelchair into the room. Also there is an offer for 2 for the price of 1 on cocktails between 5-7 which was never explained to us. There were also no notices on this, on the table. We were charged full price for our 1 cocktail. After chatting to the Manager this was resolved. But service generally was very lacking.

Yesterday I went to Frankies and Bennys for breakfast two nice ladies were serving me. Everything was nicely and quickly served. The latte coffee with oat milk was really delicious. The food was good quality and warm when served. I will definetly come back and I recommend to try this restaurant.

Tried Frankie and Benny's in Romford and was extremely impressed with the quality of food and friendliness of staff. Never seen or eaten such exceptional poached eggs and Chris was brilliant. Very attentive and charismatic. Will definitely be back.

Been a few times before and found the staff always friendly, the environment is nice . had the steak and chips for the first time, normally go for a burger, was really impressed and will recommend the dish and be back again in the future.

Not overly busy, nice food served by friendly staff thank you Chris and Agnieszka..recomend bbq ribs and the steak and garlic bread with cheese
