Fratellino's - Reservar mesa

Worst service ever. Got there at 5:30pm last night and the restaurant was 1/3 full with lots of open tables. The waitress could not follow basic food orders. We were a party of 4 and only 1 order came out correctly. These were straight forward, uncomplicated orders. When the orders came out incorrectly, the food runner argued with us that it was our fault and wanted to shove the food at us regardless of it being incorrect. Our server then returned with another round of argumentative tone by insinuating we had been at fault. I was a server trainer for 8 years at some of the biggest names in O.C. The food was decent, but certainly nothing to rave about; it was just average at best. Our table had a view of the kitchen and bus area, so I can't comment much on the ambiance. The service was disappointing as well; our waitress was slow and forgot several items, including our salads and antipasto. When she finally brought out our entrees, she did so one at a time, which meant we had to wait nearly 10 minutes between two dishes. To top it off, she only served the garlic bread after we had already finished our meals. We also had to ask multiple times for the spumoni ice cream. Overall, I see no reason to return. Love the food. Pizza always great. Staff is always friendly and smiling. I don't know if it's that it was a Friday but the food took too long to come out, my 6 year old was crying he was so hungry. He didn't care for the appetizer carrots &Ranch dressing) . Maybe if they would have offered bread instead. There were many people there that night eating, service seemed really slow. The food was worth the wait.

I met a friend for lunch at Fratellino’s and had a great experience. Parking was convenient, and we were quickly seated with plenty of space around us. We placed our orders for food and drinks, and everything came out in no time. The meals were hot and tasted fantastic. I definitely recommend Fratellino’s! Reserve uma mesa agora

Delicious food and great service. I had my birthday dinner here with a large group. They were very accommodating. We liked it so much we came back 2 weeks later for my mom's birthday! Love their complete meal, soup or salad, entree, 4 oz glass of house wine and ice cream for dessert!

This is a classic American-style Italian restaurant that offers hearty and flavorful dishes at an excellent value. Unfortunately, this type of restaurant is becoming less common. It's a good idea to make a reservation, as it's a favorite among the locals.

Great food that is reasonably priced, the service was quick, the server was friendly and he check on us multiple times. The atmosphere was nice, not too noise and the decorations fit the atmosphere of the restaurant. Would recommend.

We celebrated my Uncle 's birthday with the family. There were nine of us and our server was amazing! The food was hot and delicious. Bonus it was under 200 for all of us and we had adult drinks! We will be back! Reserve uma mesa agora

The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It's a great spot for enjoying a meal with friends or family.

The food very good at a great price. The wine was very good as well. We ordered the calamari and was not disappointed. Very good
