Fratello's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

Absolutely ridiculous that you would allow your website to take orders when your location is closed. I made an order tonight, Tuesday Jan 3 at 5:51PM and when I heard nothing for over an hour I checked my order only to see it say there was an error verifying your order I tried calling your store to nothing but non-stop ringing and went to your location and it was CLOSED.It would not take but 30 seconds to disable your website from accepting orders if you are not available for taking orders. I've never heard of a food service place that will take orders while they are closed. I've been a big fan of your food for well over a year but this is absurd.

I ordered this evening for the first time and how I write this excellent rating in sitting in my car. I didn't even try to eat it again, and I'll be back. I'm in a sling because of collarbone surgery and on a busy Friday night the sweet girl who let me pay off to carry my order to my car! excellent service and I can't wait to try my dinner! Many thanks for her help tonight!
