Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers In Colorado Spr

The food at this location has been consistently bad last couple times we've been. Some of the burgers were raw inside. Some were fine. The fries were old and hard. Couldn't tell that the malt shake had any malt. The orange and lemon creme freeze drinks were unmixed and gritty. Pretty inedible. We noticed the custard machine was just overflowing most of the time we were there which was kind of gross. Service slow and we noticed everyone had to go back up to the counter to ask for spoons or ketchup etc the whole time we were there. Staff generally talking in the back while things were overflowing and ppl waiting. If that's all the stuff you can see makes you wonder what you can't with the food...

Undercooked meat (how do you fail a steakburger...? . Trash stacked everywhere. Missed an item ordered. No ice. No offer to get ice. No ice for the next 3 customers that came in. Horrible service and understaffed. Worst Freddy's I've been to

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwhich meal and they only gave me a patty, fries and drink .
