Frédéric Carrion Cuisine Hôtel

After failing to get a booking at another Michelin starred place nearby, our hotelier recommended Le Relais de Montmartre. We were not disappointed, except at the prices which were nearly double what we had paid in another nearby, also Michelin starred restaurant the night before....Previous reviewers here had noted that when the chef won his Michelin star prices soared. Well, that appears to be true. Nonetheless, what is provided is a wonderful dining experience true to modern haute cuisine in a beautiful setting with fine service. The chef is clearly talented, sending out beautifully sculpted dishes that were filled with interesting flavors. Just be prepared for a bit of sticker shock! If...

we have enjoyed this restaurant for years. the kitchen is fresh, imaginative and simply delicious. we love the concrete on exotic and local. you are not simply eating here - everyone is a bit special to be fed and studied and discussed. that's the place we're leaving if we want to treat ourselves. the chef knows us now and always comes to our table to chat that he can. visitors should ask about the gourmet picnic option! the hotel rooms are also beautiful small exercisitien. we have brought numerous guests to this restaurant/hotel, and everyone can feel as if they had experienced the best of French hospitality.

make them ready, surprised taste wiser visit this restaurant. we sat outside on the sweet little terrace under the beautiful tree and ancient French street lights. starting with a cool glass white it was an amazing first night of our vacation! every cure saw as a small piece of art and tasted heavenly. my personal favorites the cheese at the end that almost melted like butter in her mouth and the chocolate dessert reminds me what is excellent terrace. friendly and relaxed service from the hostes helps to remember a night!

Would throughly recommend the restaurant, good value for the quality of food, the hotel is only worth going to for the food but it was wonderful and service excellent, everyone friendly but only a few people in the hotel on a Sunday evening in June.

Very good restaurant with exceptional friendly chef and staff. We had braised veal with Japanese herbs which was excellent. Good cheese selection
