Since the change of owner is the decline in this French Coffee Shop. I will not focus on the high and insolent attitude of employees when we have a claim. On the other hand, I will be more interested in the realization of our orders. My pictures are a perfect example. I ordered a black chocolate hit and I got a black but white chocolate hit... In addition, it's been 3 times since I ordered the same thing, I had 3 different products... I've never had any problem with the old owners. I've got one of the three times I've returned. This is not normal or even unacceptable to a trade especially given the proposed prices.
