My husband and I were invited to join a couple of our friends last Saturday at Frenchs, Clough. We arrived on time and we’re allocated a booth to the right side as we entered. Service was prompt and efficient we ordered our drinks and chose from the menu. 2 no.. fish, chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce. I don’t usually give reviews (bad or good) as I believe places can have there good and bad days. However on this occasion I feel like the restaurant really deserves a good word. Due to the restaurant's location I drive past it quite frequently and have always said that we must try there as it is always packed out. Well we eventually got round to trying it out on Wednesday morning for breakfast en route to the sheepdog trials and wow did it impress.
