The hot dishes are almost always lukewarm or colder, while the grilled items are frequently overcooked and the fried foods tend to be undercooked. The buns are either stale or completely dried out from sitting under a heat lamp all day. Every single day, you’ll find several machines marked “out of service” or “supply shortage.” The only thing that makes the food somewhat edible are the condiments, which are often unavailable. If you're hoping for healthy options, good luck— the lettuce is usually wilted and brown, and the vegan selections feel more like snacks than actual meals.

The food at this restaurant is disappointing 99% of the time. The staff frequently has trouble understanding orders and often mismanages food portions. They also stop serving breakfast just when people who don’t have morning classes are finally waking up. It seems like they can’t seem to get anything right. I’m giving it 1 star for those few times when I manage to wake up at 7:30 and make it there for breakfast, which is actually pretty decent—assuming they don't serve you a plate overloaded with hash browns and just a half scoop of eggs.

This restaurant is outstanding! The selection of food is remarkable—it's almost like an endless buffet! The pizza was mouthwatering, and the BLT wraps are absolutely fantastic. There are numerous dessert choices available, and they provide unlimited soda and juice. Plus, there's even a waffle-making station! The only drawback is that there are no power outlets, which appears to be a strategy to prevent kids from lingering all day doing homework while snacking. As for parking, well, that's somewhat of a joke!

This is the perfect spot for a first date—it’s where I met my wife! I owe a big thank you to Fresh Food Company for my wonderful family. Their chocolate chip cookies are the best! Breakfast is fantastic as well. I do think it would be a nice addition to have a live band for some entertainment—just a suggestion! However, as of October 11th, their potato machine was out of order, and I wasn’t aware that tips were expected. Our waitress was a bit short with us, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5! Absolutely awful! However, they do provide unlimited chicken. This spot is a great choice if you’re short on cash for protein powder—or if you’re single. In fact, being broke and single pretty much captures the essence of college life... I understand why it attracts so many people. Five stars!

This review is for Spice Asian Kitchen, which is located beneath Fresh. I'm puzzled as to why the restaurant was remodeled only to increase the prices. The quality of the food has noticeably dropped. I cannot recommend dining here.

I visited the grill section and ordered a chicken breast for my sandwich. However, I noticed that the chicken had an odd taste, so I decided to examine it more closely. It seemed undercooked, with a rubbery and slimy texture.

The price for an all-you-can-eat experience is quite fair, and the staff are always extremely helpful and accommodating regarding food allergies and Celiac disease. Reserve uma mesa agora

I really hope to get my job back because I genuinely enjoy working with the students. I used to make pizzas for them, but it was tough on my arms and side.

The employees at the Pew campus have very poor attitudes! GVSU needs to improve this situation.
