Friendly's - Reservar mesa

We ordered a side of pickles along with our meals. When our server, Kenny V., came with the meals, we kindly reminded him to bring out the pickles. He then went on to say “Oh right the pickles. I will be right back.” He proceeded to help other customers and as he walked passed us he said that “the pickles would be right out.” When he came back to see how the food was we reminded him of the pickles. He said “Oh yes i’m so sorry” and then he walked away. As he walked into the kitchen he began to laugh. When he came to take our orders for ice cream, we asked again about the pickles. This is my second time ordering from this location through uber eats and part of my order is missing once again. I just ordered two kids meals and a drink and ice cream was missing from one of them and the poor guy delivering my order gave me the bag with the one drink I received and it was dripping all over the place. The guy had uber bags to keep the food contained so I know it was not his fault. He also told me they seemed very disorganized in there so whoever packages the orders here is not taking their time or just doesn’t care. Went there to eat with my daughter. We were seated quickly but then promptly forgotten about by the staff. After 20 minutes when no one had come to our table and we were about to leave, the waitress arrived (no apology for the wait and the restaurant was not crowded). We were told that there was no pasta, no stir fry, and no turkey (we had gone there for entrees), and that these items would not be available going forward either. It seems like the only reason to go there now is the ice cream- so then why not just be an ice cream place? We left seeking dinner food elsewhere.

I love Friendly's. The food tastes good. It took too long for them to seat us, and it wasn't even crowded. The roof has damage, you can tell because the ceiling has wet spots all over. So they really need to fix this. Also, the air conditioner vents are filthy. These should get cleaned immediately. I am a person who likes to eat at clean places. This should get addressed and worked on like yesterday. I don't know about others, but these issues are over our head, so please, the owner of the building should get swamped with concerns so this can get fixed. Reserve uma mesa agora

What used to be the go to place for taking the kids out to a family friendly place where it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to feed them, has certainly changed. Where I used to pay about $6.50 for a grilled cheese sandwich, is now $11.99. Mozzarella sticks are also now 11.99. Most other food choices have also risen considerably. Maybe it's the way things are right now, but, gee, Friendly's too.

Always get take out from this Friendly's and it is always packed well and delicious! Justin is so efficient and welcoming. Truly an asset to this Friendly's for sure! Great food, great service, great people! Although I would love if they brought back the mini mozzarella sticks!

Good was excellent. Server was awesome, patient, friendly and quick, the atmosphere was great. The survey didn't ask but, the place was clean including the restroom which is very important to me. I would go back again and again and again.

The servers were friendly at Friendly’s. The food was good and my milkshake was great! They do need to fix the atmosphere in there, walking in and being there doesn’t feel like it’s a place for kids to enjoy ice cream not enough fun. Reserve uma mesa agora

Friendly staff; customer service was just okay, average just like the food. It's more for kids and seniors. Personally would not recommend for other people. The food isn't worth the price.

Came for just ice cream and they didn’t disappoint. The food other people were eating looked good but ice cream brings back memories. Service was friendly, attentive and quick.
