Fritanga Monimbo - Reservar mesa

The food was decent, but it was better in the past, a bit expensive, but this is a sign of time. The service was good, but one of the ladies was quite rude to one of the customers. The customer was a tourist, not familiar with Nicaraguan cousin, and their lack of hospitality was a shutdown. The area is heavy with tourists so that is harmful to the business. As a patron who is also a branch, and the business must remember who keeps it open. I hope they see this comment and correct and improve their customer service.

Hidden gem...The parking area is not so big& it?s located behind the restaurant Friendly bilingual staff,they make you feel right at home!Good:food,customer service,clean establishment they have been here for several years.I finally visited them to sample one of their dishes,and they didn?t disappoint me ?????

Delicious food at an excellent price! I highly recommend the Carne Asada with Gallo Pinto (rice and beans) and sweet plantains. The red sauce had a wonderful flavor with just the right amount of spices. The entire meal was only $9, and it was very filling. It truly tasted like authentic Nicaraguan cuisine!

la mejor fritanga there is. there are other locations and other fritangas, but by far the most authentic taste is at this one. the lady in the front is a little rude but just ignore her. that's how older Nicaraguan ladies are. big portions, good price. the parking is a bit tight. The food is incredible and budget-friendly. The staff was incredibly patient and friendly. I traveled from Tampa for the weekend and was looking for authentic Nicaraguan cuisine, and this was definitely the ideal place to visit.
