Frozen Nitrogen Ice Cream

This place can have great Ice Cream as evident from our first few visits but that must have been a rarity because the bad visits have outnumbered the good. There is no consistency. The quality and flavor is dependent on who makes it or how much of a rush they are in. This place quickly went from a go to place to one that I will not be going back. Lately, they are always out of items. Not great to make a special trip to find out they are still out of what you went there for. For 2 weeks (maybe more) they have been out of Hot Fudge and other items that are readily available at any grocery store. Instead of making signs of what you are out of , go get it. As much as I love this ice cream place. Depending on who serves you will make our break your experience. Some of the employees could careless about what you want and how it is made. While some others exceed expectations. Becareful who you left serve you. I go here enough to know. I'm going to start leaving depending on who Is there. Not saying any names... just saying.

Super fun and perfect for food allergies/dietary issues. Since the ice cream is made individually and created with nitrogen, you can customize your ice cream. We had a hard time selecting ours because we weren't used to so many vegan options.

Kind of confused online the hours says they are open till 9, the store window says till 10 and then there was writing on a sheet of paper saying their new hours are at 8??? Ice cream is good but very confused.

5 stars for giving a different experience to the same craft of selling ice cream. The kids loved the whole idea of using nitrogen. It's the little things that make an experience memorable and this was it!
