Wir waren total begeistert von unserer Erfahrung bei der Schlachterei Führmann. Das Essen war nicht nur sehr lecker, sondern auch unglaublich reichlich. Die Qualität und der Geschmack der Produkte sind wirklich herausragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Beratung war exzellent und wir haben uns rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Ein solch toller Service ist selten und hat unser Erlebnis perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We ordered an Italian buffet for our wedding at the guides. The advice was very warm and professional. The dismantling and dismantling was perfect, we had nothing to do with it and had nothing to worry about. The food was really delicious and it was tidy portions. The guests have warmed up from the food and the prices are very fair. We would order again at any time, thank you again! PS: Especially the calves and the tiramisu did it to us. The potato gratin was also swallowed.

Unfortunately disappointing. The attitude of the animals is unknown to the seller! They caught me on the wrong foot. What is needed to cook gelatin (and it is not called GelaNtine is unfortunately also not known in this meat shop. Collagen is an unknown term. So really disappointing. If I go to the Fleischer, then I expect competence, knowledge about the offered goods and possibly a bit of quality than at Wiesenhof. I can't recommend the business!
