Fuguya Sushi - Reservar uma mesa

I was extremely disappointed with my first experience at this restaurant. None of the dishes I ordered tasted fresh, with the rice having a sticky and old texture. Unfortunately, I bit into the sunomono without checking it first and discovered mold in my mouth, forcing me to immediately spit it out. It was clear that the food had been prepared days in advance and not properly inspected before being served. Out of the five items I ordered, only one was edible. I had hoped to support this local restaurant, but after this experience, I cannot see myself returning. It's a shame, as there are many other dining options to consider.

I had a meeting in North Hollywood and needed to grab a quick bite for early dinner. I went in with a zero expectation and was amazed/impressed with the whole experience. First the food was off the chart, it was absolutely delicious and the vibe plus the staff they were amazing. The server told us that they changed chefs and remodeled for a new start. I definitely recommend this place and gonna come back soon for a drink/food

The Food is Outstanding, the Service here is truly amazing if you want super good sushi. This is the place to get it!! Don't pay attention to the bad reviews they are just bots with only 1 or 2 reviews in their history.. You can tell one of the bad reviews is from another restaurant by putting one based on their name. i usually put good reviews to those who deserve it. And this one does deserve it.

I went to Fuguya sushi for my birthday yesterday I left beyond happy! Ji woo was our server she was AMAZING! Her warm smile, fast service knowledge of the menu made my experience a 10/10. The restaurant was clean, the music was on point the vibe was impeccable. The food was so fresh delicious I left smiling for ear to ear will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks again Ji Woo you made my birthday amazing.

I absolutely adore this place! Our server, Daniel, was incredibly kind and attentive, despite it being his first day. The sushi was absolutely mouthwatering, and the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean and cozy. We will definitely be returning in the future.
