We sat at the hibachi tables. I understand the efficiency of filling a hibachi table, but it’s awkward and less enjoyable to sit with others you don’t know. Chef was fun, food was prepared perfectly and delicious. Portions were large. Hibachi included soup and salad. I wasn’t asked about a beverage refill. Suggestion that when the hibachi chef throws veggies at customers, make sure they aren’t covered in oiled. We all had spots we can’t get out of clothes. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables available. Dietary restrictions: Lots of ways to individualize your meal when you order off menu. Hibachi table would cause much contamination.
