Funck's - Reservar uma mesa

Hmmm where to start? This place was a sports bar/restaurant type place that smelled of stale beer. It has potential...It was fairly nice. The food was very tasty but very expensive for what you got. Normally I would give it a four star just because of the smell and me having to wipe the crumbs off of my seat before sitting down. I always run off the premise that if they can't take care of basic cleaning where customers can see like tables and restrooms, what happens in the kitchen!?? Anyway I dinged them an extra star because of them not being sufficiently accommodative to people with food restrictions. I'm a brittle diabetic that doesn't respond to medications and cannot eat sugar or carbs...

Funcks was a favorite but taken over by Snitz brewery. I have never tasted the beer but just had the worst fish sandwich on the planet. It was burnt and dripping with grease. The fries must have been done in the same grease. We stood waiting for a table while one of the servers stood gabbing with friends at a table. One young harried girl came from her work in back to seat us. My fish bites were bland and overbreaded. We let our waitress know that the food was inedible and she pleasantly told us to leave a review. Guess talking to the cook or manager was not an option. I ususlly don't leave reviews but they should take the Funcks name off the billboard. We left 30+ dollars lighter for an ine...

The restaurant itself and the staff are welcoming. The food was not very good. I ordered the French onion soup, the soup was excellent. However, they put croutons in there that broke down and gave the soup a gritty stake flavor. Why not take the extra step and put a decent crouton in otherwise excellent soup?Next I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, cooked medium well. The bacon was so rubbery it was barely cooked. The burger was charred with black stuff on it on the outside but bright red on the inside. The fries had a coating on them that I just wasn’t a fan of.The one good item that I ordered was the fried mozzarella. That was flavorful and was served with a tasty sauce. I wanted to like this...

Stopped back while in town for work, very disappointed this time. 15.98 for 10 wings. Placed my order to be extra crispy and got nothing even close to crispy. Not one wing was even close to crispy yet alone extra crispy.

had the fish tacos and they were amazing. Maybe the best I had.
