Funky Monkey Indian Tapas Lounge

I couldn't work out which restaurant was which! We thought we were dining in the Sophia Sophia share the kitchen with the funky monkey! Regardless the food was absolutely fantastic. We got a free bottle of wine just for sitting down and kids meals were really really good. I had the sheesh kebabs skewers and I've never seen so much meat in my life! It was served with coleslaw and tziki and rice and was cooked a absolute perfection. My wife had the Moroccan lamb which was also awesome. The free wine was a Chardonnay was good too. Very reasonably priced and to say I'm full is an understatement!

Beautiful Asian fusion food! Loved the satay skewers and the Thai Red Curry changed the beef to chicken). The Chicken Pad Thai was also delicious! Kids eat free before 7pm which suited us as were ate early as our 2 are still young. They also got ice-cream included which went down well. If you plan on eating later it is worth booking. It is also possible to eat off the Sofias menu in this restaurant, they are technically the same restaurant but the whole table must eat off the same menu.

Staying at the golf resort decided we will eat out each night, came to the funky monkey as we wanted to eat asian. The food was very good even though it took a while for the food to come but it was busy. The staff were good. We even had a couple of free bottles of wine.

For some reason we left visiting this restaurant to our last night and wished we'd gone sooner. The food was absolutely delicious with lots of different dishes to choose from. Particularly good for Asian seafood dishes.

There is a good selection of Thai dishes on the menu and we had a large sharing platter for starters followed by a vegetarian yellow curry, 2 green curries and chicken satay. All were wonderful.
