Fusion Grill - Reservar mesa

We have no idea why this restaurant had any open tables on a Friday night. We come to Winnipeg to see the grand kids so we don't get to fine dine. That will change as we will make this an annual affair. We've heard great reviews on this restaurant and were definitely not disappointed. The service, food, and wine were outstanding. An incredible local food menu and Canadian wine list. We loved everything bite from the Arctic Char to the Pickerel cheeks to the Bison and a couple of others squeezed in along with some wonderful wine. Scott has assembled an fabulous crew. This is a must in Winnipeg.

The meal was great with very tasty food but maybe a bit expensive, honestly. Lots of locally sourced food, which is nice to see. The service was great, and our server was very pleasant. The bathroom could have used a bit of freshening up as there was a bit of an unpleasant odor down there. We actually had a difficult time finding this little restaurant as google took us off track a bit.

This is the best restaurant I have been to in Winnipeg. I took my mom and her friends. Our food was outstanding- everyone left feeling the same way. Huge stand out for me was the duck, one of the best I have had in years. Bison was amazing. Also loved the BC wine choices. The owner was attentive, and very friendly. We will back on our next visit!

Edit- the achievements this place has also for the food and being local should speak for its self. Well after a lovely evening with lovely people and service the bison was amazing and the people where great as well. Will be going again in the near future as the price was also good. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant. The service was exceptional. My daughter just turned 18 and wanted to try alcoholic drinks. She got special attention and her drink recipe was amended to be tasty and easygoing. Love the mushrooms, the prairie landscape paintings and everything.

Went for supper at Fusion Grill recently with 5 others, 3 of which have food allergies. They were great with the allergies and we all had a fantastic dinner. Food was outstanding as was the service. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back again soon.

One of my favorite restaurants in Winnipeg. Scott is fantastic and Raoul is a pro! Food is always amazing. Highly recommend Fusion!Parking: Can be a little bit of a challenge finding parking on Academy. I got Rockstar parking this time, which was awesome.

If you've never eaten at the Fusion Grill, you're depriving yourself of a glorious epicurean experience! The food was beyond delicious! I had the Angus tenderloin from Arborg...cooked to perfection! Atmosphere was great and the service impeccable. Reserve uma mesa agora

There is a great variety on the menu, and they all sound so good! Not only is the food delicious, but the service is also considerate. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner.
