if you are looking to eat vegan dishes, with different flavors and at very good price, a gaia stop is indispensable. the menu has a wide variety of dishes, with incoming, first and second dish and dessert, all delicious. the only thing, it's important to be in time, because during covid they do allow to make reservations by phone, but before they didn't and you had to go there before to book for the same day in person. is located in flat center of burgos and the waitress cater quickly, they help you with any consultation on the dishes. super advisable!

all delicious and tasty. I'm surprised you have some flavors like that healthy food. what brought me the most was the entrance: a zucchini spaghetti salad. I said I was going back to this place, friendly and attentive staff, especially the issue of intolerance. They take out the dishes quickly and the atmosphere is very good, because even if it is in the center, it is in a small street full of people. The music was also brutal, they had an electro-switch position, probably becoming my favorite restaurant.

The food has no equal, I would dare to say that it is the best vegan I have ever had in my life. Yes, the attention is sometimes terrible. Good value for money. La comida no tiene igual, me atrevería a decir que es el mejor vegano que he probado en mi vida. Éso si, la atención a veces es pésima. Buena relación calidad-precio.
