Galpao Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse

We came to Galpao Gaucho to celebrate a birthday. Our host made sure we were well-versed in Brazilian BBQ affairs, before sending a squadron of waters to serve us rodízio-style. They claim to have 20 meat options, but on a typical evening you can probably only get 10-15 options, which is enough. The top cuts here are the picanha (top sirloin), ribeye, and bacon-wrapped filet mignon. I’d also give the lamb chops, beef ribs, and pork ribs a shot if they float your boat. There are few other can’t miss items here: the grilled/candied pineapple is sweet, tart, and succulent. The plantains are decent.
