Gandolfo's New York Delicatessen

I want to extend a heartfelt thanks to Adrien (the cashier whose name appears on my receipt) for coming in on his day off, Christmas Eve, just to make sure I received my pasta order. He wasn't aware that the deli would be closed when he took my order and had no way to reach me. So, he put a sign on the door asking me to call and was there waiting to hand my order to me as soon as I arrived. That level of customer service truly goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Generally good food and friendly staff, but the wait time is unbelievable. Sadly crossed this off my places to eat (though it's very nearby) because waiting over 40 minutes for a single sandwich when there was one person ahead of me is too much. When I gothome the Reuben sandwich wasn't even grilled. I'm disappointed.

Tried this place for the first time and was not disappointed! Ordered the Double Play Breakfast sandwich and the Huevos Loco Breakfast sandwich. Both were hot, delicious and FRESH. Actual eggs being cracked and cooked!! Staff was very friendly andhelpful. Will 100% be back and highly recommended!!

Ordered VIP Platter for a work meeting yesterday for our first visit to Gandolfo's. Everyone RAVED about the food. Deli Sandwiches were delicious and so fresh! The chocolate mousse cake light but very decadent. Staff was so courteous andfriendly. Loved it all we will be back again and again. Reserve uma mesa agora

Love the updated look, but unfortunately the employees are to busy talking to one another about their day than taking an single item order correctly. Beef dip no mayo.(turned out to have no cheese too! Prob wont come back since I do not like wasting moneyon expensive mistakes.

I'm actually from New York I'm Dominican from the Bronx .. I got the chop cheese today it was really good and fresh but I also got a combo For $24.. which for the portion is insane I expected to get more .. literally got the combo with the broccoli

I ordered two sandwiches, both were good! The ?big apple?, was delicious and all the ingredients were fresh. The meatball sandwich was hot and delicious. I really liked the rolls they use. I?ll go back

The menu can be a bit overwhelming for first-time visitors, but the staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend trying the Big Apple sandwich! Reserve uma mesa agora

The food here is quite good overall. However, the only downside for me is that it can be a bit pricey given the portion sizes.
