Katie has the most delicious muffins and creative bakery within 50 miles radius, certainly in all plates County, Colorado. In addition, it has excellent coffee and teas (at least hope for Decaf). I live in Woodland Park and am a weekend regular, buy their incredible baked goods (most vegan and gluten-free and a great latte when I get it early enough a day to enjoy caffeine. Katie is dedicated to her craft and has great customer service skills. We are happy to have them in our community and their commitment to homemade, healthy food. Katie was such a blessing for my family! She came together with a “special recipe” to fulfill all the nutritional restrictions of my daughter to make her cupcakes a birthday. They were delicious! Call them if you need something special because they will work for your needs. Thank you. Katie!

I was BLOWN. AWAY. by the flavor of the lemon and lavender muffins. I always aim for organic, gluten free options, which means I’m usually settling for bland. Katie takes such care in her recipes and has truly perfected her craft. I will stop by every time I’m in Woodland Park!!

Delicious cold brewery (manages strong but not bitter) and I would actually die for the sweet potato cinnamon roll. Owner is local, a woman and a veteran, so support a great deal. It can also adjust the sweetness of your drinks if you want!

Delicious drinks! The cold brew is the best I ever had! The muffins and cupcakes are like the sky. Gluten-free, milk-free?? Try the Blueberry Buckle Muffins! Or even if you are not super delicious!
