Gas Lamp Grille - Reservar uma mesa

We had lunch with our granddaughter in the Gas Lamp Grill. As with any place in Newport this week there was a waiting time to get a table. The hostess took my phone number and said the wait would be 20-30 minutes. After 30 minutes we went back and I told the hostess we were waiting. She said she'd just call me. I'm not so sure. After a few minutes we sat in the bar area. Our server was also the bar call. The bar was filled with cartridges so that she was serving tables more than an inappropriate expectation.
