Gasthaus "Beim Erich"

In the morning we booked three places for 20:30 asking to possibly spend dinner until midnight and toast right at midnight. Nothing more nothing less. They confirmed this possibility. While we were trying to translate the menu the waitress was continuously asking if we were ready to order. A clear sign of impatience. Then we ordered all courses and we've been getting all of them at the same time, really in the same moment, most probably since the kitchen was about to close. I understand the habits cannot be exactly like Italian ones but it is also a matter of spending the new year eve all together and having a soft fun together. Egal ob Würzig deftig oder doch lieber süss und zart .... Die Speisekarte lässt keine wünsche offen! Bodenständige Hausmannskost die häufig mit Jahreszeitlichen Highlights aufwartet , lassen mir beim schreiben dieser Bewertung bereits wieder das wasser im mund zusammenlaufen. Jetzt kommt bald wieder die Wildsaison . Ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art wenn der Koch den Löffel schwingt und der Wirt zum schlemmen und verweilen einlädt. Freundliche Bedienung sowie modern Urige Einrichtung , Sauberkeit und Herzlichkeit gehören ebenso zum Inventar . We were staying in the area for a week, and our host recommended Beim Erich for our first dinner. Perfect recommendation! The restaurant was full of locals, who were having a fun evening. Our waitress was friendly, and our traditional Austrian fare was all delicious. We enjoyed the experience enough that we returned for their breakfast buffet twice that week.

Very nice and kind staff, good location, nice children play area, good bier. Nice food but a b a bit too many wasps.
