Ich wollte gerne nach langer Zeit wieder mal einen Tisch in dem Restaurant buchen und erzählte dem Juniorchef, dass wir 30 Jahre lang Stammgäste bei ihm waren, aber das letzte Mal (vor 10 Jahren) enttäuscht wurden. Der Chef fragte mich, was denn nicht in Ordnung gewesen sei und ich erzählte ihm, dass es unserer Meinung nach, Gemüse aus der Dose gab. Als ich das sagte, wurde der Chef richtig ausfallend mir gegenüber und sagte, dass dies überhaupt nicht sein könne und wenn ich so etwas herum erzählen würde, es doch besser sei, wenn wir nicht kommen würden. Als wir uns nach einem sehr guten Tomatensüppchen auf das Hauptgericht freuten, wurden wir herb enttäuscht. 2 Gerichte waren lauwarm - 1 Gericht musste noch einmal aufgewärmt werden und auch ein lauwarmer Lammrücken gehört nicht zu meinen Lieblingsspeisen. Für jeden das richtige zu Essen dabei. Traditionell natürlich Forelle Blau oder Müllerin. Gerade im Frühjahr ein schöner Platz mitten im Tal zwischen Wäldern gelegen und einem eigenen Garten zum Wandeln. Saisonale Gerichte, kleine aber feine Karte. Auch wenn die Innenausstattung es nicht vermuten lässt, eine durchweg moderne und elegante Küche...echter Geheimtip.
