Gasthaus Schlussel

As part of our trip and stay in the Schlüssel hotel we had dinner in the same house. We had the menu of the day as the restaurant doesn't cook à la carte. But what they brought to the table was excellent! It was something totally new and creative and every detail on the plates was cooked and prepared with greatest care. Desserts were delicious as well and they offered a variety of four and let's not forget that they had a chariot à fromages as well (which we didn't try). We had a team dinner here and were all impressed with the personal service and the impeccable meal! Dani served us a lovely apero of meat he hunted himself, a starter of fresh asparagus and locally caught fish, an entree of melt in your mouth chicken breast and the best creme brûlée I have ever tasted. The presentation was stunning and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely return here for a holiday !

Hier wird Gastfreundschaft gelebt. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön, das Essen von Dani und der Wein von Gabrielle sind hervorragend und der Service ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Im Hotel Schlüssel Beckenried wird Gastfreundschaft gelebt. Die Zimmer sind individuell und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Im Restaurant herrscht ein gemütliches Ambiente und das Essen überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entscheiden wie viele Gänge es sein sollen und dann zurücklehnen und geniessen was kommt. Inspirierend, saisonal, einfach nur sehr gut!
