Location A bit outside Weimar, behind the old town, the steep Humboldtstraße up you will find the Erste Thüringer Gasthausbrauerei Felsenkeller. The restaurant with its burial character is lovingly built like a castle complex. The undfiltered Deinhardt-Bräu has been brewed here since 1885. There is approx. 10 parking spaces in front of the house. Ambiente The rock cellar with its 170 seats offers the ideal setting for celebrations or just to enjoy a cool beer in a rustic atmosphere.
