It is unbelievably good restaurant that serves predominantly gourmet meat dishes. If you love good meat it is a place to go if you don't mind the budget. As mentioned in the earlier reviews the restaurant, hotel and butcher shop belong to the same family...and are well-known and appreciated in the Basel region. Recently we had beef tartar species to chose classic from the marinated meet, raw one with onion and a very interesting one with lemon juice and skin), fantastic goat cheese melting in the mouth and variety of meat dishes a veal burger, lamb chops and a rind-steak. This is a very smart Hotel in Arlesheim. The food is really something for conasseures and the service is quite professional. The room are very modern and large and give the comfort you love while being on a businesstrip

I recommend it very much! the restaurant is located in a small village next to basel, called arlesheim. the staff is friendly, eating is fresh and everything is local. the best restaurant in town.

cozy restaurant with friendly staff. we all had the same main course, but somehow my flesh tastes a bit funny and I fell ill after. Maybe just a bad day, but I still don't think I'm back.
