The waitress avoided our table for 20 minutes. In order to ask for our food, we had to tell them to come to our table; we ordered, but they hadn't given us the menu beforehand, so we had to search for it. Then we waited for another 40 minutes until she brought us at least a bottle of water without any glasses, which we had to ask for, and she didn't bring it for another 10 min. After more than an hour of waiting, she brought the food but the wrong dishes. Apparently, they don't have enough staff, but still, they were not too kind and, on top of that, we were the only ones without any dish on the table, even people who came later than us were getting served. I’ve never written a review while being at the actual place, but this one deserves it. We’ve been waiting for two hours for mediocre food that came out cold, or half cooked. And so far we’re the lucky ones at the restaurant. Every other table looks just as bored and irritated as we do; and no one seems to be receiving the correct order. The service is atrocious, even though there are four waiters/waitresses. If you’re looking for a place to eat, this is not it. Pay €2 more for another menu elsewhere.

Estuve hace unos dias por el campeonato de voleibol y un amigo me lo recomendó. El sitio muy acogedor que ya es importante para mi, el servicio exquisito no ya solo a la hora de recomendar platos, sino de cantidades para que no pagues mas de lo que comes. La carta variada y muy bien elaborada, precio por lo menos para un madrileño muy aceptable para una comida exquisita... no dudaria en volver por todo lo que ofrece, que no es solo comida buena, trato, amabilidad y lugar acogedor

Got sort of pulled in here as we were walking along. No white wine only red, which was very poor quality, asked for water instead and was given lemonade. Finally got a bottle of water. Husband had potato and octopus, which was very lacking in octopus. 'Mixed ' Paella consisted of poorly flavoured rice and a few bits of chicken, nothing else. Not edible at all. Left without bothering with main courses, charged the full amount but just glad to leave. Quite hungry now ....

Hemos ido a comer un menú del día y estaba buenísimo todo correcto el trato de los camareros también excelente. Recomendable 100% sobretodo para menú de mediodía
