Gennaro's Eatery .

I had Gennaro's cater an event for us last week and felt compelled to write a review because I was so pleased with everything! I worked with Gerry directly to plan the menu and relied on his many years of acquired knowledge and expertise to guide me on the food selection and especially on the quantities. From the apps mini arancini, chicken fingers, pizza to the salads Caesar and garden , to the entrees baked ziti casserole, chicken broccoli alfredo, eggplant parm, sausage peppers and onions, homemade meatballs, mac and cheese to the breads rolls to the desserts mini Italian pastries, mini cannolis, cookie and brownie trays , everything was delicious. We received many compliments on the food...

Gennaros,in my opinion,has gone way downhill.I ordered a vealparm sub ,,pasta and a side of meatballs along with tirirumi sue it just hasn't very good veal was tough and chewy meatballs hard and saltywith no flavor very disappointing and a waste of 66 .We threw it out.Good place before the pandemic now it's not worth the gamble.you want great Italian food ?? Save your money you won't get it here sad to say

the prices are rising all couple weeks. just not what it was before. no prices on takeout menus because they often fluctuate. pity because the owner, gerry is so beautiful and accommodating. the sliced cakes rose in the price by 2. they are now only 2 layers. used for 3 layers. call them if the air conditioning system works in the dining room. if it is not, they cannot enjoy their experience.

Food was hot and delicious! Recommended is Kalb piccata, Speck Bombe Pizza and the most beautiful salad I've ever seen. Everything was so good! Fresh, hot coffee and a piece of rumcake followed the dessert. Wonderful birthday meal! Thanks to Gennaro's to make it special!!! We've never been disappointed with the food in this beautiful place. Olindy’s Bowling Lanes had our senior mixed league bowling lunch today and it was catered by Gennaros. Everything was beyond awesome. Everybody enjoyed calzones salad sandwiches pastries and there was even enough for everyone to bring home some. Thank you so much Gerry your the best. supportsmallbusiness

Walked in after 7 on Saturday night, to order carry out. It was busy but the staff was very friendly and courteous. My Northender subs were made quickly and a great size. They also were delicious!! Would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to try other menu items!

A reunion was held and they served some great eats. Although, I do make a better meat sauce or sauce. I would eat there again.
