We tried a few dishes: 1. Margherita pizza with tomato sauce as the base. The dough was fresh, and the pizza was delicious—I'd give it 4 out of 5. 2. The eggplant parmesan was absolutely fantastic! We ordered it with penne Alfredo, but they mistakenly brought fettuccine Alfredo instead. It was so good that we decided not to ask for the penne. Fortunately, when our server noticed the mix-up, she promptly brought us the penne Alfredo as well, sticking to our original order. This was our first time dining here, and it was fantastic; it only gets better with each visit. The chicken parmesan is the best I've ever had, and the spinach lasagna is incredible. My family raves about the meatballs, claiming they're the closest to Mom's that they've ever tasted. We’ve tried a variety of dishes, and we’ve never been disappointed. The staff provides a warm yet professional service that's hard to find these days. This restaurant is always my top choice, and I highly recommend it!

George's truly exceeded my expectations for my birthday celebration! I called ahead to arrange for a large group of 23 on a Friday evening, and they graciously set us up at a single large table on the patio. We brought a generous supply of wine, and the staff was more than willing to open and serve all of it. Even though we lingered well past closing time, the team was completely unfazed. Thank you, George's, for always making us feel like family!

I can't comprehend why this restaurant receives such glowing reviews. The service is below average, the food is more fitting for a fast food chain, and the ambiance is just mediocre. The prices are outrageous for food that is on par with Olive Garden. Save yourself the trouble and drive to Carrabba's for a far superior dining experience and much higher quality cuisine. I had the chicken marsala today for lunch at Georges Pastaria and it was absolutely delicious. The best I have ever tasted! The service by Clayton N. was fantastic. I am definitely a fan of George's Pastaria and will be back!Katrina Lassberg

The lasagna is still the best. It's my gold standard in comparing any other lasagnas. The pizza was darned good too.
