Get Chucked - Reservar mesa

Have been coming to Get Chucked since it first opened back in it's first location. First time I went I said it was the best burger I've ever had but unfortunately it has since gone down hill. This was probably my 5th or 6th time visiting and none of it was great really. Busy bank holiday with only one member of staff who was struggling (not her fault), long wait for orders to be taken, very long wait (with a toddler) for the food to arrive, another long wait for the table to be cleared and then another long wait to pay. Visited the place darter a recommendation from Manchester radio show. Booked on line no issues. Booked for 7pm but service was under real pressure. Staff were trying to keep it together but with short staffing some basic issues like napkins and time for starter and mains was long. Team were very apologetic and kept us informed of the delay. The wings and wedge salads were great, the house fries and fries with porkie bits really nice. All three of us had burgers the basic burger and salad. Picked and ketchup was the best the burger I have ever had. Real beef burgers smokey and moist. My son had the double or nothing it’s a proper burger , not for the small appetite. Everyone enjoyed the meal....

The wings and wedge salads were delicious, and the house fries and fries with pork bits were also very tasty. All three of us had burgers – the basic burger with salad. The pickled ketchup was the best I’ve ever had, and the real beef burgers were smokey and moist. My son had the "double or nothing" burger, which was a proper burger and not for those with a small appetite. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The wine was fine, and they also offered Brooklyn beer, which was a real bonus. The value for money was outstanding, and I will definitely be returning again. Reserve uma mesa agora

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and requested a plain cheeseburger. When I got home, I found that the burger had all the toppings on it. I called to complain, and their response was to either wipe off the toppings and eat it or return to the restaurant for them to fix it. This was terrible customer service! To make matters worse, I also ordered buffalo wings, which looked nothing like the advertised picture. Overall, my experience was awful and I will not be returning unless there is a significant improvement in the future.

We recently visited this restaurant and were surprised to find out that there was no drinks menu available. Instead, we were asked to simply tell the staff what we wanted and they would check if they had it. Unfortunately, they did not have diet lemonade as requested. The menu we had seen online did not match what was available in the restaurant - they only offered tacos and burgers, with no smokehouse options at all. Disappointed, we decided to leave as we had been searching for a smokehouse experience.

The original menu when get chucked opened was a lot better than the ever changing current menu, I have never been in when they haven’t told us that several of the things on the menu are not available. One time we went in and over an hour after ordering the waitress approached us to tell us our order hadn’t been put through and the food would be at least another hour, at this point it was 9:30pm, so we went home without food. Loaded chips are lovely great selection of drinks, burgers are nice..

I ordered a takeaway, in this order I asked for a checked burger plain, when I got home I found the burger to have all the toppings on! I rang up and their response was to either wipe it off and eat it or go back and they can wipe it off! What kind of customer service is that?! To make it even worse I then ordered some buffalo wings and well, the picture just speaks for itself. Absolutely awful and will not be visiting again any time soon unless this improves!

Just been in and we’re asked what drinks we wanted to be informed that “there is no drinks menu, just tell us what you want and we will see if we have it”. I asked if they had diet lemonade they did not. The menu online is not what they have in store at all. In fact they don’t offer any smokehouse options at all. Just tacos and burgers. Needless to say as we were looking for a smokehouse so we left.
