Great location no doubt, very quiet on the lake, I understand it’s a boutique hotel, but rooms are really small so maybe it’s our mistake to come here for 5 nights it’s a kind of 2 nights only hotel. Also there is no elevator in the property so be careful if you have elderly people with you who can’t take the stairs. The restaurant service was amazing and every one was cheerful and helpful, I can’t say that about the welcome disk. Of course as it’s a boutique hotel there is no one to take care of your luggage and you have to carry them to the 2nd floor if that is where you room is located, I have to mention that there was a gentleman from the kitchen who came to our help and helped carry our...

Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this great place for a while. One feels comfortable here. Very peaceful environment in a wonderful location. The availability of activities is very varied (the hotel itself provides options such as ebike, paddleboard). The staff is not only willing, but also very friendly. This was our first time to Locarno. The hotel is amazing and provides the kind of service you’d expect from a boutique hotel. It is a great place to unwind and take in the scenery. The restaurant is very good and the staff works hard to ensure you are happy with your meal.

Perfect location infront of the lake. They provided bikes/ paddles for free. We bikes along the lake. Lots of restaurants along the lake. Phillip and Zandro were nice and offered us the nicest room with veranda in front of the lake. We'll come back.

Amazing boutique hotel on the lake. Fabulous location and views. Excellent Hospitality from Sandro and Philippe really the best! Rooms are slightly small but very well done.
