Ginza Japanese Cuisine Hibachi

Hubs and I stopped in as we always do when in the Bloomfield area. We were sad to see the notice on the door that this location will be permanently closed after the day we visited. Apparently it has something to do with their lease. Hopefully they can get it worked out as they have some of the best sushi in Connecticut! My favorite is the Paradise roll. It has a menagerie of flavors and textures that will tantalize your taste buds. Spicy crab meat, avocado, and shrimp tempura wrapped up in soy nori topped off with a spicy salmon ball. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that this restaurant has closed for good. I hope that someone at Yelp sees this review and updates their records so that others don't waste their time driving there like I did.
