Giraffe Bury St Edmunds

We came to giraffe on mothers day and even though mothers eat free, its still come to nearly £50. We did not enjoy the meals, we found the steak dry, the katsu chicken soggy and the chips beyond bland, maybe slightly under cooked. The lady serving us was nice but the same can't be said for some of the other members of staff. Dressed differently so I'm assuming management? Very sour faced and unapproachable.

was not shown on our table, only indicated where we sat. one of the tapas dishes tasted strange, we were asked if we wanted an alternative, but we had almost finished eating. my daughter burger was hard and she found it infertile

eating was good and the right waiting time before eating was served, and between the head and the gloomy. the staff was friendly and helpful
