This was my third time in Weiss and I can only say compliments. Nordic cuisine (seasonal local natural products) that is elegantly, lovingly brought to its peak and that the restaurant team really understands. Of course, there are small deviations that, in my opinion, can only be classified as marginal, such as the candied grapefruit zest that perfectly rounded off the dessert with sorrel granite and yogurt sorbet. Presentation and quality correspond to an extremely competent knowledge and high level, rounded off by the refreshing, cozy atmosphere that a piece of home creates. Top restaurant!!!! As soon as we entered we were greeted very warmly! Very nice, friendly service and the breakfast was the finest. Are currently on vacation nearby, my biggest wish came true today and got to meet the boss in person and not just from the kitchen fight on TV. She is very likeable and a very tough, warm personality!!!! Thank you Milena. Keep it up. We would be happy to come to you again from Saxony! We really liked it here, the atmosphere, the service and especially the culinary aspects. Two courses really surprised us in a positive way. As we said goodbye, our questions about how the incredibly delicious mushroom consommé was made were explained! the staff was friendly, eating was great and it was a nice atmosphere sitting outside. there is also a beautiful selection of wines and apperitives

Really worth a visit! We had the 6 course menu and every single course was great.
