Goldberg's Famous Bagels

Cannot get an order correct.Been coming here for years. Starting about 12 months ago, they started making mistakes on every order. Now it is consistent and they haven’t gotten an order right in a very long time. Today, they messed up “on the side”. After pointing out their error, they scraped the cream cheese off the bagel into a cup.We also got bacon instead of sausage on our breakfast sandwiches.Game over. Just destroying a good brand through terrible service.

Good bagels, but the lines are long ..I waited over 10 minutes in line today just to place an order, and after I placed the order, the person who took my order also took about 4 other orders. So now I'm waiting for her to complete all 5 orders before I get my bagel and cream cheese. There has to be a better way.Parking: Parking is always tight

Goldbergs has mastered the art of avoiding eye contact, or any contact for that matter, with the customer. I’m the only one in line and deli clerks are wandering around, hoping one of their coworkers will step up.

Long line but it moved quickly. All worth it for the breakfast sandwich’s specifically.Food: 4/5
