They have changed a bit after the pandemic but haven't we all? Hours seem to be a bit random and you can always catch them open if you follow them on Facebook. I'm hoping they are on the verge of a classic reopen so we can start going regularly again! Saw they were open through Facebook on a Friday morning and stopped in for takeout. The staff were kind as always. Most appeared to be staying for outside dining or takeout, I couldn't quite tell if the inside was open for dining yet. Takeout wait time was probably 20 minutes (a warm Friday AM in July 2022 Delicious as always! Try the new stuff on the dry erase board, it's always different and always amazing. So, my friend and I waited an hour outside to come in, but wait was so worth it! The place itself is super cool to look around, and the staff is some of the coolest people I've ever met. My friend and I were lucky to sit right in front of the grid so we can see that all orders are made! We both ordered the Blueberry Crumble French Toast and it was to die, and everything we saw made before us, as it tasted delicious! The Homefries, who came with her on the side, were also absolutely cumbersome! This place is clearly one of the hidden jewels of Lansing, and as long as you are ready to wait somewhere between 15-60 minutes to get in, you will be very satisfied with the end result

Fun place, fantastic food, great staff. This place is small. It only holds about 40 people at a time. The staff never stops... The food is AMAZING!!! Yeah, there's a waiting time and yes, you have to wait outside. But the selection of food and music is fun, wild and wonderful... everyone knows it. Why else would they be ready to wait outside to get a place. The best times are Monday-Thursday. They're only open until two... so don't get in touch after 1:30 and complain.

AMAZING. My husband and I visited for the first time today and it was phenomenal! I had the Mama Tried French Toast special which consisted of Great Harvest bread, fresh raspberries, vanilla custard and shortbread crumble, along with a side of homefries and a meat or eggs. Breakfast is my favorite meal, and I’ve come to expect a lot of a place when that’s their speciality, and this did not disappoint. Hands-down the best French toast, and I cannot wait to go back!
