Prominent can hardly be a location in Schwäbisch Hall! The eagle is located in a beautifully decorated, historic building right on the market square. The famous festivals are given every summer on the steeply descending stairs of the city church. A few years ago, we had the chance to live a great room with Erker directly above the marketplace and also at festival times. The top gastronomy shines through regional and seasonal delicacies. tired of Christmas market, we were looking for a cozy chat to add a little and eat something. the golden eagle is a typical restaurant with regional cuisine and beer. the quality is not the tip, but in the cut and also the. presentation of the courts could be better. the staff at the tables was not rude, but I must say not super friendly either. we paid a fair price for what we got. the best point for this restaurant is the location as it looks at the main church square of the village on which the Christmas market takes place. they can definitely go there, but do not expect too much

we stay at the same name hotel. we strolled through the city and looked at the various restaurants. none was particularly welcoming. we decided to eat in the hotel. good decision. the service was very good. the keytest: I was prompted at the right time to drink another beer. our two dishes (we had only main dishes) were delicious. there is a good choice on the menu. we were too late to eat outdoors, but the dining room was pleasantly ventilated as it was a rather warm evening. good choice of behave. we would definitely eat again here and stay overnight

we ate here because we stayed in the hotel and had a long trip and we were glad we did. the friendly, helpful, English-speaking waiters were all excellent and explained everything that was not clear on the menu. the pork we had was beautifully tender and perfectly prepared
