Gong Cha Gòng Chá - Reservar uma mesa

I am not exaggerating this is the only place I want to get bbt from in the lower mainland. I live in Richmond and I happily drive to the coquitlam gong cha because out of all the places I've tried so far, this is the only one with non dairy milk. Today I asked for non dairy milk and the manager literally ran across the street to buy more for me because they were out. How often do you see that kind of customer service? The place is very clean, service was fast, and of course the food and drink is perfect. Thank you Gong Cha Coquitlam!

I found that the tapioca pearls at this restaurant are a bit chewier and not as soft as other bubble tea places, but the brown sugar coffee milk tea I got had a good flavor. We also noticed that this place tends to make their drinks a bit sweeter with a higher sugar level than other places, so next time we will ask for even less sugar.

I arrived around 5pm and ordered two drinks. They forgot the boba in one of them, but they quickly rectified the mistake and apologized. As I was leaving, I noticed that the lid was not sealed properly. A staff member who was on break in her car offered to fix it for me. Excellent customer service! I definitely plan on returning.

The bubble tea here is pretty good. I always get peach or mango with QQ or basil seeds. The service is decent and I enjoy that they have seating areas where you can play games or chat.

I ordered a oolong milk tea with pudding. Everything's okay until I found out the pudding got purple and caused me diarrhea.
