I love this place!!!! Sandee and Glen are simply amazing! So friendly and accommodating! The environment is so relaxed and welcoming! My daughter and I go to gymnastics for smoothies every Saturday morning. It will be a special mother and me. They even make children's smoothings that my 2 years old loves. Eveything I ordered was delicious! My favorites are the cranberry chicken salad, pumpkin harvest salad, and chicken BLT packaging! I also love the chocolate covered rice cake and great selection of honey and essential oils.

Our favorite place for lunch in Rumford. Healthy, fresh options. A huge bonus near the gym. Protein shakes, wraps and more. Nice, guys too. I recommend this cafe.
