Gourmet Dorada Palace

Where do I start. I went away with a fairly large party with adults and young children. We arrived at the hotel around half nine at night. We were all quiet pleased with how the hotel looked from the outside and we could hear the music coming from the pool bar as the evening entertainment had started. We then had to queue for half an hour to check in when we did get to the desk we were greeted by a young girl who spoke next to no English which made the hole process a lot longer than it needed to be. We ate here on a half board basis and the food was good. There were a few examples that were served up that we would not have and did not want to eat however there was a wide choice of foods available such that we ate well at every meal. However and this is a big however, on the last day of our stay we had to catch the transfer bus early and could not leave it intil the regular breakfast time to have breakfast. We informed the reception the night before who informed us that there would be a cold breakfast only. This was fine in our eyes as the cold foods on offer were good. However when we sat down to breakfast the following morning there was not a member of the hotel team there. The coffee...

Food, staff, entertainment, cleanliness brilliant. Will be booking again. Went half board, breakfast and tea. Plenty to choose from and gluten free section.

the food was always hot ,and a wide variety for breakfast evening meal always well presented , friendly staff ,you can even have food cooked on the grill

you cant burn or get too sick from croisaants and rolls. The coffee wasn't bad, the service shocking, food terrible
