Gourmet- Schlossberg (im Sackmann)

This Sunday I attended the Sackmanns in Baiersbronn with a friendly boss. The juicyness of the dishes so beloved by Schwaben or Badenzern is expanded there with the complexity of Indian flavor architecture (I mean not their spices) and the pointing of Japanese traditional cuisine. The approach is also ingenious and supports the imaginary interplay of the flavors of a court intuitively and intensifies on the one hand the previously mentioned typical sinfulness as a regionally desired feature and on the other hand it reinforces the perception of the amazing multidimensionality of each court. More expected, service deficiencies I don't want to evaluate the ambience that has already been very dusty and come into the years... I would like to make a short list of our dinners with 4 people in the gourmet restaurant Schlossberg: Amuse Bouche from the kitchen Appetizers Wine selection at the booked wine trip to the menu Impersonal, up-to-date service (no correct interaction, no commemoration... No real wine advice Diversity of the main dishes Partly too long waiting period between the corridor toilets were no longer controlled, even here it lacked soap and cloth towels after 23h... Petit Fours were not enough for 4 people, you had to share the Lollypops, as there were only 3 pieces......

Astonishing as a kitchen running the years can be so fast backwards. which were used to eat kartoffels that were glassy (probably kept too long) and an salate that was already wounded and still rooted is already strange. despite complaining, an apology was not even given. the chef had to turn on himself. but what should we not have to go and many others come back. really bad.

It was fantastic, our already high expectations were clearly exceeded. Each gang was a firework of taste and creativity, and there were excellent wines. The service was courteous and friendly. For me the best so far visited 1* restaurant. I'd be surprised if I didn't get the second. Thanks to the team for the great evening!

the 4 star hotel and 1 michael star sackmann is highly recommended. the hotel offers everything, and eating is really a Gaumenschmauß. we had ordered a 16th! floor menu, were all small portions, but very tasty with many specialties. also the breakfast in the hotel had no desire

The 8 course menu was fantastic harmonious, creative and delicious. The service was excellent and the sommelier provided the perfect pleasure with a harmonious wine tour. Thank you.

the menu, incredibly delicate meat and crispy potato, crisp green. the star is British (fashions covered), a hotel of the top price class.
