This was my first time visiting, and the food was pretty good! However, the tall, male cashier wearing the face mask was incredibly rude. I was looking at the menu choices and told him to give me a second, and he gave me a “whatever” look and shrugged his shoulders. I asked him if they had Apple Pay and he pointed towards the card reader in front of him and said “uh huh” in a very annoyed tone. I work in customer service too and fully understand how daunting the general public can be, but there is no excuse to be that rude to someone who was in no way rude to you. The food is very delicious and good portion for the price. But unfortunately I'm giving this place a one star for the worst customer service of all time! This young dude's (son of the owner? attitude is out of this world! He should not be working there anymore because he is making his parents (owner look bad and the whole company look bad. His bad customer service and horrible attitude will deter a lot of people from getting food here. PS. f you're gonna give me an attitude and sarcasm, right back at you-I'm not one of those passive, kill them with kindness kinda gal.

Didn't eat here because the tall male cashier, with mask, was incredibly rude. Apparently if you ask a question you better hear it the first time, even though it's loud inside and he mumbles his answer through his mask. I went to the teriyaki down the road. Service: 1

food is gas! Really good. I got the chicken and beef combo with fried rice and it was really good. Reason for 4 star is the price. crazy expensive paid $23 for a meal.
