The food here is really excellent, but during this visit the service definitely needed improvement. Despite the request of a high chair when booking, it took them well 20 minutes to find us, not good if you try a 1 yr old to crawl the door. Had to order all drinks at the bar, ask for bill at the bar, pay at the bar, etc., as most people seemed preoccupied with a big party in the other room. Another table sit patiently with their bill for 15 minutes, with no one coming to take payment so that they finally got up and also paid at the bar. very relaxed, they come as they are atmosphere. the food was excellent and plentiful. I had the chicken sandwich that was very tasty. burger was good and friends sharing the ribs and loved them. family-friendly and great place for a group.

We came to Sunday dinner after the Bath Marathon the staff were so friendly and accommodating for our big group some who were too late. Nothing was too excellent! And the food was delicious to huge roasts and megaburgers... Thank you.
