The rating refers exclusively to the hotel room and reception The restaurant is first class, the service attentive and super friendly .The food is exceptionally good .The spa area is also super .Great staff in the restaurant and in the spa .Now we unfortunately come to the many unpleasant things in this hotel .We are talking here about a 5 hotel . It must have been a long time since it deserved the five stars. It's all very old and down, and it's got its best time. The staff is very nice. We had the Panorama Suite, which was unfortunately ice-cold and the heating didn't go two days. It was taken care of, but without success. The food in the restaurant was unfortunately also very moderate, apparently the cook loves salt.... We would have expected a discount to be offered at check-out, that would have been the minimum. The hotel is located directly on the beach and from there it was close to returning to the terrace, enjoying the views and watching what the restaurant I believe has to offer a Michelin star. And we were not disappointed.Our waiter, Dominik, charming, friendly and very courteous, advised us and accepted the orders. What can I say? We were not disappointed. Whether Burger or Desserts.. everything was just top. So you can make it short. Great location, nice equipment, pointed staff, great food.. there I can only give 5 stars.

Now have been there for the 4 times. year to year almost all become more unfriendly! The service is very bad for nearly 400 euros per night! For 2 spoons to bring the 10 Euro extra.. 1 stairs may get 30 seconds..For 400 Euros the night should be such a service! As a foreigner not like to be seen at breakfast! For a week we were asked at breakfast what room we have! Totally unfriendly.. Price ratio fits noisy!
