Friday early evening, Restaurant about half full at 6:30pm. Immediately sat, very quick service and our server was very pleasant. Had three plates the two of us split: ceviche de pescado, papa's a la Huancaina and Lomita Saltado. I lived in Perú for eight years so can truly appreciate Peruvian cuisine. Only slightly negative, restaurant was very chilly and hot dishes got cold too quickly (lomito Saltado needs to be eaten hot). The hot sauce was not Peruvian but Mexican. Would rather had an ají than Mexican salsa just for its original flavor. Tim
