Grand Hôtel Les Endroits

Unfortunately for me the price/performance isn't right at all and in my opinion the hotel only belongs in the 4 star category because of wellness, otherwise not really. The reception is not inviting and when we arrived there was no one there…. There is no bar, but a wine dispenser where even a tasting glass costs something. Who thinks up something like that?? In a region that is close to the wine region ?? PP had to be paid separately. You wouldn't expect that at these prices. The rooms are in old condition. I feel the hotel is a 3 stars not really a 4 stars. The room are small with regular furniture. Not soundproof I do not like a shower in the bath. No tissue in public restrooms Too much light in the restaurant, no ambiance at all for New Year Eve Complicated to understand the Spa area. Where to wait for the treatment.? The massage was excellent. At the spa Paired area so for the shower with only get a curtain, put doors! Where are the towels at the spa not on the first floor.? Breakfast too early on January 1st we should have until 11:00. Breakfast not very elaborate on January 1st. This hotel has great potential and sadly it falls at each level. The standard of rooms are below average for the price. No attention to detail and no quality furniture just cheap and simple not reflecting the price they charge. I feel like I’m in a cheap quick roadside hotel not one that is supposed to be an experience. The location is not ideal there is nothing close by so you are isolated and forced to use their services which are also limited and overpriced with small portions. The flys in the dining room were unbearable it indicates a deeper problem with the hygiene. Today I could not handle it and simply left my food and as of now am looking for another hotel to stay at. Very nice 4 star hotel on the hill, with the beautiful view in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The hotel offer very nice indoor and outdoor pool, saunas and spa area and other facilities. The rooms and hotel is very clean, the personal very nice and helpful. The single think that I will improve it is the breakfast menu, I think they could do better . I think one of the best option for your next stay in La Chaux-de-Fonds.

Excellent location if you a nature lover and like walking. Hotel is clean and service is exceptional. Family operated makes you feel at home. The only disadvantage is no air conditioner in rooms.
